Made-to-measure — please read carefully

Every Waqar thoub is made to your exact measurements and specifications. Because each garment is cut and stitched specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind or incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Please take your time when completing the measurement form and double-check every figure before submitting.

When we will offer a full refund or remake

We take full responsibility for any error on our part. You are entitled to a full refund or a free remake if:

  • The garment measurements differ significantly from the measurements you submitted
  • The wrong fabric or colour was used
  • The garment arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
  • Your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

To raise a claim, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +966 597 742 547 or email at wear.waqar.w@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

Measurement errors

If you made an error in your submitted measurements, we will do our best to help. In some cases we may be able to offer a partial remake or alteration at a reduced cost. Contact us and we will discuss the best solution.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cutting may have already begun and we are unable to cancel.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via PayPal.
