No. Everything is done remotely. All you need is a standard flexible tape measure and five minutes. We guide you through every measurement via WhatsApp.
Yes. Most of our customers have never measured themselves for a thoub before. Our WhatsApp measurement guide is designed for exactly that situation. If anything is unclear, we are available to help live.
We cut every thoub to your exact measurements. If there is an issue with the fit, contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve it.
Yes. You will need their measurements. We recommend having the person being ordered for take their own measurements using our guide, which we will send you after ordering.

Your thoub is ready in 10 to 14 days after your measurements are confirmed. We then ship via DHL or Aramex express, which takes 3 to 5 business days to most destinations.
